Privacy notice

How we handle personal data when you visit our website or make a business enquiry.

We use Sites from OpenAI Ireland Ltd, with Cloudflare infrastructure. IP addresses, requested pages, access times, browser details and error data may be processed to deliver the website, resolve faults and prevent abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Our website scripts do not set cookies or use persistent browser storage. We use no analytics or advertising trackers. Images, videos and fonts are served by this website. Cloudflare uses __cf_bm for bot protection; according to the provider, it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. External links connect to their destination only when opened.

The Zoho form loads only when you choose “Load enquiry form”. Zoho then receives your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or similar technologies. This choice is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where required, section 25(1) TDDDG. You can end permission below the form; reloading or leaving the page also resets it. This does not delete data already submitted or cookies already set. You may contact us by email instead.

We process your name, company, email, enquiry type, requirements, optional details, submission time, any enquiry reference and correspondence. Records are stored in Zoho Forms; notifications and subsequent correspondence use Zoho Mail. We use these details to respond and prepare or perform an engagement. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for your own contractual requests, or our legitimate interest in business correspondence under Article 6(1)(f).

Without the required contact and product details, we may be unable to handle your request. Please do not send sensitive data or confidential drawings through the initial-contact form. Loading it does not constitute marketing consent. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Access is intended for team members handling your enquiry. BAP Group, as the business contracting party, receives necessary contact and project details where legally permitted. The same applies to suppliers and other project partners involved. BAP Group does not operate this website.

The Zoho form uses an EU endpoint, which does not rule out international support access. Sites does not guarantee processing exclusively in the EEA; its data processing addendum provides for standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, as applicable. Projects may also involve contacts in China. Personal-data transfers outside the EEA require an appropriate basis under Chapter V GDPR. The specific Zoho and project arrangements remain to be confirmed.

Enquiry data is needed for as long as required to handle the request, perform an engagement, establish or defend legal claims, or meet legal obligations. It should then be deleted. Technical log periods and the specific Forms and Mail deletion procedures remain under review. Legally required retention is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation and withdraw consent for future processing. Contact hello@3w-trading.com. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
